7 The Southeasterly four (4) feet of Lot 2, Block Ut
rant No, 323, as said Tract is laid out and shown
8 upon e` Map recorded in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 14,
pages 41 and 42, records of Cran=e County, California.
9 WHEREAS, it appears to be for the best interests of the
10 citizens of the City of Newport Beach to accept said Grant of
11 Easement;
12 NOW, TIWIXORE, BE IT %K3OLYI♦ll, that the said Grant of
13 Easement hereinbefore referred to and covering the said herein-
14 above described real, property, is accepted and approved by the
15 City of Newport Beach and is hereby ordered recorded.
16 The above and foregoing Resolution was duly passed aril
