WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City of New-
port Beach a Grant of Easement by Frederick. E. Pernot, the sates
being dated March 24, 19552, and covering the following described
property situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange,
State of California, to wit:
The Southeasterly three (3) feet of the Northwesterly
thirty (30) feet of Lot 3, Block N, Tract 32, as said
tract is laid out and shown upon a map recorded in
Miscellaneous Maps, Book 14, Pages 40 and 41, Records
of Orange County, California.
WHEREAS, it appears to be for the beat interests of
the citizens of the City of Newport Beach to accept said Grant
of Easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the said Grant
of Easement hersinbefore referred to and covering the said here-
inabove described real property, is accepted and approved by
the City of Newport Beach and is hereby ordered recorded.
The above and foregoing Resolution was duly passed
and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Newport Beach, held on the A4V- day of March, 1952, by the
following vote, to wit:
