RESOLUTION No. 'yam G3
WHEREAS, Elizabeth Clary Wagner owns certain property
fronting on the Rialto next to a public street end; and
WN- PREAS, said street end is not bulkheaded where it
fronts on the Rialto; and
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City of
Beach a certain Agreement dated April 14, 19520 by and between
said Elizabeth Mary Wagner and the City of Newport Beach, whereln
and whereby the amount of the Bid of Trautweln Bros. Corp. in the
sum of $lv722.00 is to be paid one -half by the City and one -half
by the said Elizabeth Mary Wagner; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be for the beet interests of the
citizens of Newport Beach that said Agreement be entered into by
the City of Newport Beach;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said Contract of
April 14, 1952, between the City of Newport Beach and Elizabeth
Nary Wagner be entered into by the said City of Newport Beach and
that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized
and directed to execute said Agreement in the name of and for and
on behalf of the City of Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk
furnish a duly executed copy thereof to said Elizabeth Ochry Wagmej
The above and foregoing Resolution was duly and regul-
arly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 14th day of April,
1952, by the following vote, to wit:

of the City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution No. 39623 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said
City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the
