5 certain real property situate in the City of Newport Beach, County
6 of Orange, State of California, described as follower
7 A portion of Lot 1 Block. E, as shown upon
a map of Seashore 6olony Tract, recorded
8 in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 7, Page 25,
Reoords of Orange County, California, being
9 iS feet in width measured at right angles
and lying adjacent to and parallel with the
10 moat northeasterly line of said Lot 1;
