The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does resolve

FIRSTt Rssalvad, that there be and is bereby levied upon
all of the taxable propariy within the City of Newport Beach which is
taxable therein for municipal parpoesas a tax for the parpa6s of raisins
the neoessery money with which to carry on the various departments of
the City of Newport Beach for the aaYrent fiscal year 19$3-530
