RESOLUTION No. 4013
WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the
City Council of the City of Newport Beach, a certain Grant Deed
from Floyd F. Hahn and Vera H. Hahn, husband and wife, to the
City of Newport Beach, wherein said parties grant to the City
of Newport Beach all that certain real property situated in the
City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California,
described as follows:
and
Deed;
That portion of Lot 1, Block D, Seashore
Colony Tract, more particularly described
as follows to wit:
All that portion of Lot 1, Block D, Sea-
shore Colony Tract, as said tract is
shown upon a map recorded in Book 7,
Page 25, of Miscellaneous Maps, Records
of OrangeCounty, California, lying be-
tween the northeasterly line and a line
15 feet measured at a right angle south-
westerly of and parallel to said north-
easterly line.
WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach has accepted said
NOW, - THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Deed afore-
said be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City of Newport
Beach, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized, directed and
instructed to record said Deed immediately in the office of the
County Recorder of Orange County, California.
I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on
the 22nd day of December, 1952, by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Smith, Finch, Isbell,
Bennett, Miller
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT COUNCILMEN: None
