THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH,

MEREAS, the City Enjineer of the City of Ne,�ort
Beach has presented to the City Council of the City of Yermort
Beach a certain map shorting a portion of a certain street which
the City of Newport Beach proposed to vacate, close up and aban-
don on the Ocean Front, in the City of Newport Beach, a.nd which
portion of said street 16 described as follows, to -wit:
That portion of Lot 1, Block D. Seae#.ore
Colony Tract, more partioularly described
as follows to vit:
All that portion of Lot 1, Block D, Seashore
Colony Tract, .as said tract is eho•r. upon a
map recorded in Boo- .7, rage 25, of ':isoel-
laneous -Maps, Records of Orange County
California, lying between the northeasterly
line and a line 15 feet measured rat ^ right
angle southwesterly of and parallel to said
northeasterly line.

the came is hereby, approved and the City Clerk of the City of
Ilewport Beach is hereby ordered and directed to file the same
in the proceedings for the abandonment of sFia portion of said
street and that said mtn be used in connection with the Feso-
lution of Intention this cay paseecc in referance to the abandon-
ment of said portion of said Street.

and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
