The following excerpt was copied from the minutes:
On motion of Councilman Finch, seconded by Council-
man Bennett, Resolution No. 4016, being a resolution declaring
its intention to annex a dump site was adopted by the following
roll call vote, to —wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Finch, Bennett, and Smith
NOES, COUNMLMEN: None
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: Miller, and Isbell
