City of Newport Beach and its.citizens for the City of Newport
Beach to annex the said hereinafter described property; end.
WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beech did, on or about
December 9. 1952, submit to the Orange County Boundary Conrassion
a legal description.and plat of said hereinafter described unin�
hsbited.area for its approval, pursuant to Section 35002 of the
Government Code of the State of California; and
WMEREAS, more than 20 gays baave elapsed since the sub-
mission of said legal description for approval to said Orange
County Boundary commission and no approval or disproval or no-
tion of any 'sand having been UVen as of they date of the adoption
of thin Resolution, to Wit, January 12, 1953;

the City of Newport Beach that the following deol.aaratiena and no-
tics be made and given:
IT IS WREBY DECLA , that proceedings have been in-
itiated by the said City of Newport:peach, a City of the 6th Class,
to annex the said read property as hereinafter described, which
said real property is contiguous to the present boundaries of said
City of Newport Beach, and which property to, at the Present tune,
completely uninhabited.
