HEREAS, there has this spay been presented to the
City Council of the City" ,gewport Beach, a certain Oran% Deed
from Paul C. Jones and Hazel Earle Jones, husband and wife, to
the City of Newport Beach, wherein said parties grant to the City
of Newport Beach all that certain real property situated in the
City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California,
described as follows:

Deed,
A portion of Lot 6 Block 5. as shown upon
a map of Seashore Colony ;raot, recorded
in Miscellaneous Haps, Book 7, Page 25,
Records of Orange County, California, being
15 feet in width measured at right angles
And lying adjacent to and parallel with the
most northeasterly line of said Lot 6.
