of Newport Beach, under the provisions of the Annexation Act of

tion of said Cliff Haven area under the provisions of the Annex
of of 1913, and hereby further oonsonte that the proponents of
said annexation shall proceed with the atepas necessary under said
Annexation Act of 1913.
