REBOLUTXON No. 4068
MM.EAS, the City of Newport Beach had heretofore ontol
ed into an Agreement between The Irvine Company and the,Laguft
Beach County cater District, the object of which eras, among other
things, to effect the relining of at certain pipe line; and
1HEREAS, under the terms of said Agreement the contract
for the relining of said pipe line haft to be approved by the City
before the entering into thereof; and
'fib, such contract has been submitted to the City
of Newport Beach for its approval; and
NOW, :'HILRFFORE', HE IT RESOLVED that the terms and con-
ditions of said contract, in the amount of 0476.735.00 be, and the
ease is hereby, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was duly and regul-
arly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach at a special meeting thereof, held on the 17th day of April,
1953, by the following vote, to wit:
AXES, COUNCILMEN: Bennett, Smith and finch
XDE8, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT COUNCILMEN: Miller and Isbell
