RESOLUTION NO. 4681
RESOLUTION APPROVING MAP SHOWING PORTIONS OF
.A. STRFNT DESIGNATED AS VIA GENOA IN THE
CITY OF NEIsIPORT BEACH, WHICH IS PRO-
POSED TO BE VACATED, CLOSE) UP AND
ABANDONED
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Newport Beach
has presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach a
certain map showing a portion of a certain street which the City
of Newport Beach proposed to vacate, close up and abandon on Lido
Isle, in the City of Newport Beach, and which portion of said
street is ddscribed ae follows, to -wits
All those certain portions of Via Genoa, 100 feet in
width of Tract No. 907, "Lido Isle" as shown on a map thereof
recoAed in Book 28, Pages 25 to 36 ,Inclusive, Miscellaneous
Maps Records of Orange County, California, described as follows,
to -wit:
Beginning at the most Southerly corner of Lot 934 of
said Tract 907 running thence North 290 00+ East along the
Northwesterly line of said Via Genoa a distance of 410.00 feet
to the beginning of a curve concave to the Southwest having a
radius of 10.00 feet, thence continuing along said line of Via
Genoa and along said 2urve an are distance of 15.71 feet having
a oentral angle of 90 001 to a point in the Southwesterly line
of Via Ljdo Nord 45.00 feet in width of said Tract 907, thence
South 61 001 Fast along the Southeasterly prolongation of said
Southwesterly line of Via Lido Nord across said Via Genoa 24.00
feet to the beginning of a ourve concave to the Southwest having
a radius of 3.00 feet, thence 8outheastsrly along last mentioned
curve an are distance of 4.71 feet with a central angle of 900 001
to a point, said point is distant South 610 001 Fast 17.00 feet
from the said Northwesterly line of Via Genoa, thence South 290 0(
West parallel with the said Northwesterly line of Via Genoa 417.0(
feet to an intersection with the Southeasterly rol8ngation of the
Southwesterly line of said Lot 934, thence North 61 601 west alo:
the last mentioned Southeasterly prolongation a distance of 17.00
feet to the point of beginning.
Beginning the most w 0terly corner of Lot 809 of Bali
Tract 907 running thence North 29� 001 Zast along the SoutheastaX
line of said Via Genoa 410.00 feet to the beginning of a curve
concave to the Southeast having a radius of 10.00 feet, thence
continuing along said line of Via Genoa along said curve an arc
distance of 15.71 feet with a central angle of 900 001 to a point
In the Southwesterly line of Via Lido Nord 45.00 feet in width of
said Tract 907 thenoe North 610 001 west along the Northwesterly
prolongation of the said Southwesterly line of Via Lido Nord acme
said Via Genoa 24.00 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to
the Southeast having a radius of 3.00 feet, thenoe :Southwesterly
along the last mentioned curve an are distance of 4.71 feet with
a central angle of 900 001 to a point said point being distant
North 610 001 best 17.00 feet from the said Southeasterly line of
Via Genoa, thence South 290 001 West parallel with the said South.

the same is hereby, approved and the City Clerk of the City of
Newport Beach is hereby ordered and directed to Pile the same
in the proceedings for the abandonment of said portion of said
street and that said map be used in connection with the Reso-
lution of Intention this day passed in referehoe to the abandm.

The above and foregoing Resolution xae duly passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach, held on the fey of MAY 0 19330 by
