RESOLUTION No. 4083
There has been this day presented to the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach a certain Lease dated May 1, 1953,
in which the City is the Lessor and Josephine Fulton is the
Lessee, covering the Westerly 25 feet of Lot 6, Block 218, S
"B ", Newport Beach, and a portion of Lot 4, Section 33, Township
6 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B.&M., for a period of 10 years at
a monthly rental of $12.50 per month; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be for the best interests of the
citizens of the City of Newport Beach that the said Lease be
entered into;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the
City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said Lease inbehalf of the City and to deliver an
executed copy thereof to the said Josephine Fulton.
The above and foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 11th day of May,
1953, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Finch, Isbell, Bennett,
Miller
NOES, COUNCILMEN: Smith
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: None
