RESOLUTION NO. 4101

2 WHEREAS, pursuant to instructions; the City Attorney of
3 he City of Newport Beach, California has prepared a contract
4 n which the City of Newport Beach agrees to sell certain
5 xcess water of said city to Deeble -Smith Company
6 on the conditions, covenants and restrictions in said
7 ontract set forth; and
8 WHEREAS, said contract has been duly presented by the
9 ity Attorney to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
10 ior its acceptance and approval.
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That that certain
12 ontract made and entered into the 1st day of June , 19 53
13 y and between the City of Newport Beach, as the party of
14 he first part, and Deeble -Smith Company
15 s the party of the second part, wherein And whereby the City
16 f Newport Beach agrees to sell certain of its excess water
17 pon certain conditions, restrictions and limitations to said
18 arty of the second part, be and the same is hereby approved
19
s written.

I hereby Certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
21 nd regularly passed by the City Council of the City of Newport
22
Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 13th day of
23 July 19 53 , by the following vote, to -wit:
