RESOLUTION No. 11/0
WHERFA11, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach by 4ev port Harbor Lawn Bowling Club,
an Agreement dated June 22, 1953, wherein and whereby the Club
agrees to contribute to tho cost of maintenance of the bowling
greens on 15th street, the sues of $6.00 per year, per member; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be for the beat interests of the
citizens of the City of Newport beach that said Agreement be en-
tered into.
NO'?, T?W.EPORE, BE rt RESOLVED that the Mayor and the
City Clerk of the City of Newport Beach be, and they are hereby,
authorised and directed to execute said contract in behalf of the
City of Newport heath and to transmit an executed copy thereof to
Newport Harbor Lawn Bowling Orean.
The above and foregoing Resolution was duly and regul-
arly Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Newpor^
Beach, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the ,2;L-_ day of
