RESOLUTION APPROVING MAP SHOWING THAT CERTAIN
ALLEY IN BLOCK 1 TRACT NO. 27, IN THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, WHICH IS
PROPOSED TO BE VACATED CLOSED UP AND
ABANDON9
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Newport Beach
has presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach a
certain map showing a pertain alley which the City of Newport
Beach proposed to vacate, close up and abandon being that certain
alley in Block 1, Tract X.. 2% !a the City of Fiewport Beach, and
which said alley is more particularly described as follows, to
wits
All of that portion of that certain alley 15 feet in
width in Block it as shown upon a map of Tract No, 27, Recorded
in Miscellaneous Map Book 9 Page 2b, Records of Orange County,
California, described as follows:
Beginning at the most northerly corner
of Lot 29 of said Block 1 thence southwesterly
along the northwesterly lines of Lots 2, 39 and
4 of said Block 11 to the most westerly corner
of said Lot 4, thence northwesterly along the
4orthwesterly prolongation of the southwesterly
line of said Lot 4 to the most southerly corner
of Lot 1 of said Block It thence northeasterly
along the southeasterly ine of said Lot 1, to
the most easterly corner thereof, thence south-
easterly along the southeasterly prolongation of
the northeasterly line of said Lot 11 to the
point of beginning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said slap be, and
the same is hereby, approved and the City Clerk of the City of
Newport Beach is hereby ordered and directed to file the same in
the proceedings for the abandonment of said certain alley and trial
said map be used in connection with the Resolution of Intention
this day passed in reference to the abandonment of said certain
alley.
The above and foregoing Resolution was duly passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach, held on the �'� day of , 1953,
by the following vote, to wits
