" 2 iNr'iic.I'tEAS, there has this day been presented to the City
• 3 Council of the City of IJewport Beach, a certain Grant Deed of
4 easement from 0.':. Richard and Jennie V. Richard, husband and
5 wife, to the City Of i*ewt-ort Beach, the same being dated
6 a 1953, wherein said parties grant to the City
7 of Newport Beach a right of way or easement,,for the purpose Of
8 erecting laying and constructing a pipe line or Tape lines to
9 convey sewage and water, with the right of going in, over and
10 under the premises hereinafter described, for the purpose of re-
11 pairing, maintaining and replacing, said pipe lines iL, over and
12 under that certain real property situated in the City of ttewport
13 reach, County of Urange, state of California, described as fol-
14 1 lows, to vita

A portion of that certain alley 15 feet in width
as shown upon a map of Tract Io. 279 recorded in
16
x•Ilscellaneous Nap Book g, Page 26, Records of
Orange County, California, vacated by resolution

Ro. 4124 of the City Council of the City of New-
port Beach, Recorded in Book 2566, rage 210,

Records of said Orange County, State of California,
and more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at the most northerly corner of Lot 2
20
of Block 1, as shown upon said map of Tract No.
27, thence southwesterly along the northwesterly
21
line of said Lot 2, a distance of 20 feet; thence
northwesterly on a line parallel to the north-
22
easterly line of said Lot 2, to an intersection
with a line lying 4 feet, southeasterly of and
23
parallel to the southeasterly line of Lot 1 of
said Block 1; thence southeasterly along said
24
parallel line to an intersection with the south-
easterly prolongation of the southwesterly line
25
of Lot 2 of said Block 1, thence northwesterly
along said southeasterly prolongation to the most
26
southerly corner of said Lot 1- thence northeast-
erly along the southeasterly line of said Lot 1

to the most easterly cornea thereof; thence south-
easterly along the southeasterly prolongation of

the northeasterly line of said Lot 1 to the point

of beginning.

the citizens of the City of.Newport Beach to accept said grant

deed of easement.

easement hereinbefore referred to and covering the said herein -
before described real property is accepted and approved by the
City of Newport Beach and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed and instructed to record said grant deed of easement
Imadiately in the office of the County Recorder of orange County,
California,
The above and foregoing resolution was duly passed and
adopted at a reZular meeting of the Citd Co it of the City of
Newport Beach, held on the /AZr' day of s 1953•
