WHEY , the City Engineer of the City of leF;port Beach has
presented to the City Council of the city of 'Newport Reach a
certain nap showing a portion of a certain street which the City
of Itewport Beach proposed to vacate$ close up and abandon on the
Ocean Front, in the City of tIewport Beach, and uiiich portion of
said street is described as follows, to wit-
Beginning at the most southerly corner of Lot l,
Block H, as shown upon a nap of Seashore Colony Tract,
recorded in Miscellaneous laps, Book 7, Page 25
records of OrangeCounty, California; thence north-
westerly along the southwesterly line of said Lot 1
to the most westerly corner of said lot; thence
southwesterly along the southwesterly prolongation
of the northwesterly line of said lot to an inter-
section with a lisie being 15 feet distojit from_
measured at right angles anCl lying parallel with the
southwesterly line of said Lot 1; thence "southeasterly
along said parallel lane to an intersection with the
southwesterly prolongation of the southeasterly line
of said Lot 1; thence northeasterly along said south-
westerly prolongation to the point of beginning.
Welt t THEREFV E $ DE IT RELiOLVED I that said Map be, and the
same is hereby, approved and the City Clerk of the city of ilewpor
Beach is hereby ordered and directed to file the sane in the pro -
ceedinga for the abandonment of said portion of said street and
that said map be used in connection with the Resolution of Inten-
tion tAis day passed in reference to the abandonment of said per-
Lion of said Street.
The above and foregoing Resolution was duly p,sced and
adopted at a regular meeting of the C`3:ty c ell of the city of
Newport Heath, held on the , `J&.day of $ 1953,
by the following vote, to wit:
