Beach a Grant Deed of Easement by Charles C. ::dams and Annette F.
Adams, husband and wife, tm•$ame being dated July 8, 1953, and
covering the following. - described property situated in the City of
Newport (leach, County of Grange, State of California, to wits
A right of way or easement, 5 feat in wiuth over
Lot 109 Tract No. 1257, as said Tract is laid out
and shown upon a rAap recorded in U seellaneous
Maps) Book 38, Page 25, Records of Grange County,
California, for the. purpose of erecting, laying and
constructing a pipe line or pipe lines to convey
sewage with the right of going in over and under
the - premises hereinafter describe for the purpose
of repairing, maintaining, and replacing said pipe
lines in, over and under that certain real property
being 2.50 feet on each side of the following de-
scribed center line to wit:
Beginning at a point in the northwesterly lot
line of Lot 1C of said Tract Pao. 1257, said point
being south 40° west and distant 110.CG feet from
the most northerly corner oY said Lot 10; thence
south 256 57' 50t1 west a distance of 37.11 feet;
thence south 460 50' 44" east a distance of 11-3.18
feet• thence north 730 27' 4111 east a distance of
2C.81 feet to an intersection with the southeasterly
lot line of paid Lot 10, said point being south
430 west and distant 105.60 foet from the most
easterly corner of said Lot 10.
WEQUl8, it appears to be for the best interests of the
citizens of the City of .Newport Beach to accept said Grant Deed
of Easement;

of L_asement hereinbefore referred to and covering the said here-
inabove described real property, is accepted and approved by the
City of Bewrort Beach and is hereby ordered recorded.
The above and foregoing Fesolutior_ was duly passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
