Pcnch a Grant Need of Basement by Charles C. Adams and Annette F.
Adams, husband and wife, the- sr.;ze being dated July $, 1953, and
covering the following described property situated in the City of
P:'ewport Peach, County of Prange, Ot3te of California! to wit.
A right of way or easement 5 feet in width., over Lot 11
Tract Po. 1257, as said `Tract is laid out and shown upon -a map
recorded in Misce?laneous i4aps, :nook 38, Page 25, Records of
Orange County, California, for the purpose of erecting, laying
and constricting a pipe line or pipe lines to convey sewage with
the right of going in, over and under the premises hereinafter
described for the purpose of repairing, maintaining,', and replac-
ing said ipe lines in, over and under that certain read property
being 2.5CC feet on each side of the follo�iing described center
line to wits
Beginning at a point in the northwesterly lot
line of Lot 11 of said Tract i;o. 1257 said point
being south 4C° west and distant 105.60 feet
from the most northerly corner of said Lot 11;
thence north 71° 34' 53" east a distance of
14. 2 feet; thence south 43° 08' C9" east a distance
of �g.03 feet to an intersection with the south-
easterly lot line of said Tot 12, said potent being
south 4C° crest and distant 78.20 feet from the
most easterly corner of acid Lot 11.

citizens of the Lity of Nelmort Beach to accept said Grant Deed
of Lasement;
