and constructing a pipe line or pipe lines to convey sewage with

the right of going in, over and under the premises hereinafter
described for the purpose of repairing, maintaining and replacing

said pipe lines in, over and under that certain real property
being 2.5C feet on each side of the following described center

line to wit:
