RESOLUTION NO. -JI 5 O
ACCEPTING GRANT —'
WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City
Council of the City of Vewport Beach, a certain Grant .geed of
Easement from Roberta M. Weber, an unmarried woman' to the City
of Newport Beach, the same being dated September 18, 1953r wherein
said party grants to the City of iewport Beach a right of way or
casement for the purpose of erection, laying and construction of
a pipe line to convey storm water trite the right of going in,
under and over the property hereinafter described, for the purpose
of repairing, maintaining and replacing said pipe line in, over,
and under that certain real property described as follows to wit:
The northwesterly three (3) feet of Lot
15, rock 435, Corona del Mar Tract' as
per map recorded in Book 31 Page 41-421
or Miscellaneous Maps, Records of orange
County, California.
ANDt U,,HSRnAS, it appears to be for the best interests of
the citizens of the City of Fewport Beach to accent said grant
deed of easement.
NOW, TiffiREFUF. L, BE IT UME OLV.�GD I that said grant deed of
easement hereinbefore referred to and covering the said hereinbefor
described real property is accepted and approved by the City of
Newport Beach and the City Ulerk is hereby authorized and directed
and instructed to record said grant deed of easement immediately
in the office of the County Recorder of change County, California.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Newport Teach, held on the rfday of t 1953, by
