W'HJMEAS, the City of Newport Beach has acquired for
street purposes Lot ?9, moos 15, Section "B", Newport Beach,
from Henry U. Lane and Pauline Lane Streeter by a Deed dated
June 100 1952 and recorded July 19, 1952 in Book ?359. Page 217.,
Official Records of Orange County, California; and
WH^DEAR, the City of Newport Beach has acquired for
park purposes Lots 5, 6, 9 and 10, Block "R -330, Corona del liar,
from Dailey R. nurse and Louise B. Furse, by a Deed Hated Feb-
ruary 29, 1952 and recorded on April 17, 1952 in Kook 2317, page
255 Official ?records of Orange County, California; and
`VARREAS, said properties are owned by the City of New-
port Beach in its governmental capacity and therefore should not
be subjected to real property taxes by the County of uranga;
NOW, TWIFYORE, BE IT RESOLVED# that the Board of Sup-
ervisors of Orange County be, and they are hereby, requested to
cancel all unpaid County real property tapes on the following de
cribed parcels since the date of their respective acquisition by
the City of Newport Beach.
The two parcels of ,property are described as:
