ACCEPTING (Inke -DEr-
WHEREAS} there has been. anted to the City of ort
Roach. a Grant Deed of Basso asay Halter Geldert.r' the same being
dated August 1$s 19539 and covering the following described prop-
erty situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Oranges
State of California, to wit#
A right of way or 4&66ment 5.00 feet in width over Let u,
Block 12i Tract No. 27 as said Tract is laid out and shokii,spon a
map recorded in Miscellaneous Map Hook 9, Page 26, Records "n!'
Orange County, California t for the purpose of erecting, l�isg,
and constructing a pipe l�.ne or pipe lines to convey sewage with:
the right of going in, over and under the premises hereinafter
described for the purpose of repairing, maintaining and replacing
said pipe lines.int over and under that certain real property
being 2.5C feet on each side of the following described center
line "to wit:
Beginning at a'point in the northeasterly
lot line of Lot ll`of said Block 12, said oint
being north 50° 10+ 00" vest and distant 791%
feet from the most easterly corner of said Lot
11 thence in a straight line to an intersection
with the southwesterly lot line of Lot 119 said
point of Intersection being north 50° 101 CO"
west and distant 113.00 feet from the most south-
erly corner of said Lot 11.
AND, 10BERSA69 it appears to be for the best interests of
the citizens of the City of Newport Beach to accept said Grant
Deed of Easement;
NOW, THMWORE,, BE IT RESOLVED, that the said Grant Deed
Easement hereinbefore referred to and covering the said herein-
above described real property, is accepted and approved by the
City of Newport Preach and is hereby.ordered recorded.
The above and foregoing Resolution was duly passed and
adopted at.a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach, held on the E3 day of , 1954, by the
following vote, to wit:
