of said parcel oflands 148.96 Peet; thence north
660 44' 3G" west along the southwesterly line of
said parcel of lands 160.00 feet to the most
westerly corner of said parcel of land; thence
south 890 15' 30" west along a line parallel with
the north line of The Hudson as shown on a map of
Lancaster's Addition recorded in Book 5 Page 14
of Miscellaneous Maps f records of said Bounty
219.53 feet to a point in the easterly line of
Central Avenue; thence southerly along said east -
erly line of Central Avenue along a curve concave
to the east and having a radius of 2754.93 feet,
through an arc distance of 10.11 feet; thence
north 899 15' 3C" east, 144.33 feet to the begin-
ning of a curve to the right; thence southeasterly
along a curve concave to the southwest and having
a radius of 351.15 feet through an arc distance of
306.17 feet; thence south 4C° 471 C7" east tangent
to the last - mentioned curves 77.63 feet to a point
in the west line of said Tract 9C7; thence north
00 44' 30" west along the west line of said Tract
9071 15.54 feet to the point of beginning.
WIMEASs it appears to be for the best interests of the
City of Newport Beach and of its citizens that said proposed Grant
of Easement should be made;
NOW, THEREFuRE, BE 1T 1,—dZULVLD$ that the Mayor and City
Clerk of the City of Newport Beach bes and they are hereby, di-
rected, authorized and instructed to execute said Grant of Ease-
