1 WHEREAS, there hsa;been presented to the City of Nei +port
2 Beach • Grant Deed of Easement by John Vilelle, a married man as
3 his sole and separate property, the same being dated April 169 1954
4 and covering the following described property situated in the City
5 of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, to wits
s A right of way or easement over a portion of Lot 17Ct
Block 21 as shown upon a map of Irvine's Subdivisions recorded in
7 Miscellaneous Map Book 1, Page 88, Records of Orange County, Cali-
fornia, for the purpose of erecting, laying, and constructing a
8 pipeline or pipelines, to convey water with the right of going, in,
over, and under the premises hereinafter described for the purpose
9 of repairing, maintaining and replacing said pipelines in, over and
under that certain real property being more particularly described
to as follows to wit:
11 Beginning at the intersection of the most
westerly line of Lot r, Tract No. 919, as shown
12 upon a -map recorded in Miscellaneous Yap Book 29
Pages 31 to 34 inclusive, Records of Orange County,
13 California, and the northerly line of the State
Highway Right of Way, 100 feet in width as described
14 in deed recorded in Deed Book 311 page 17C dated
September 129 1929, Official i3ecords of said Orange
15 County, said northerly line being on a curve and
having a radius of 1,650 feet thence continuing
is westerly along said curve, a distance of 48.22
feet to a point said point being 50.00 feet north-
17 erly of the center line of the State Highway Right
of Way, 80 feet in width as described in deed recorded
18 in Deed Hook 503, Page 362, dated January 11, 1924s
Official Records of said Orange County, thence con -
19 tinuing westerly along a line tangent to last mentioned
curve, said line being northerly of, parallel to, and
20 distant 50.00 feet from the center line of the deed
State Highway 80 foot right of way to an intersection
21 with the easterly line of Newport Beach Boulevard
as described in deed recorded in Deed Book 243,
22 Page 116, dated November 6, 1913, Records of said
Orange County, thence southerly along the easterly
23 line of said Newport Beach Boulevard to an inter-
section with the northerly line of the said State
24 Highway Right of Way 80 feet in width, thence east-
erly along said northerly line to the most westerly
25 corner of the aforementioned Lot F thence northerly
along the westerly line of said Lot F to the point of
26 beginning.
27 WHEREAS, it appears to be for the best interests of the
28 citizens of the City of Newport Beach to accept said Grant Deed of
• 29 Easement;
30 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the said Grant Deed
31 of Easement hereinbefore referred to and covering the said herein-
32 above described real property, is accepted and approved by the City

of Newport Leach and is hueby ordered recorded.
The above and for40ing Resolution was duly passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Newport Beacht held on the o2__G.;±.day of fit e 9 19549

ing to the records of the City of Newport Beach filed and
maintained in my office, the foregoing Resolution No.
4233 was duly and regularly adopted, passed, and
approved by the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City
Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
