'WHE EP,S, there has been. this day presented to the City
Council of the City of NewWt 1:each a certain Agreement dated

port Beach and Lr, Forbes Farms, Inc., wherein and Viereby Dr.
Forbes Farms, Inca, agrees to complete certain improvements in
Tract IIo. 2096) said Agreement being provided for under the pro-
visions of Section 9253.51 of the e,unicipal Code; sad

citizens of the City of Newport Beach that said Agreement be
entered into;
NO6ti, VW.RaiORL, BE IT F% 0Lduj %, that the Agreement dated
the aLtfday of , 1954, between; Dr. Forbes Farms,
Inca and the City of Newport Beach providing for the constructi
of water lines in said Tract !do, 20969 be entered into by the
City, and the Mayor and City Cleric be, and they are hereby, auth-
orised and directed to execute said contract in behalf of the
Uity of Newport Beach.
The above and foreboirg I;esolution was duly and regularly
paned =d adopted by the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach, at a re&ular meeting thereof, held on the s& p''day of
