strict No. 5 and County Sanitation District No. 6 of the County of
age, State of California, entered into an Agreement for Sale of

t 2; and Newport Beach Trunk "A ", Unit 3, said Agreement for Sale
ng dated December 12, 1951; and
WTIEREAS, ;,11 of the terms and conditions of said Agreement
Sale have been performed and complied with by the parties there-
with the exception of the delivery of possession of said property

13 WERREAS, it now appears desirable that possession thereof
14 be delivered to said County Sanitation !Districts in accordance with
15 said Agreement for Sale;
16 NOW, T"PREFORPw BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor of the
17 ity of Newport Beach and the City Clark of the City of Newport
18 ach be and they hereby are directed and authorized to deliver
19 id property to said County Sanitation District No. 5 and County
20 %nitation District Igo. 61 said delivery to become effective upon
21 he acceptance of such delivery in smiting by said County Sanitation
22 istricts and the delivery of such written =acceptance to the City
23 lerk of the City of Newport Beath.
24 The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
25 eased and adopted by the City Council of the City of Newport
26 each at a regular meeting thereof held on the 14th day of Tune,
27 954, by the following roll call vote, to -vats
