WHEREAS, pursuant to instructions, the City Attorney of

he City of Newport Beach, California has prepared a contract.

n which the City of Newport Beach agrees to sell certain

xcess water of said city to
pon the conditions, covenants and restrictions in said j
7 ontract set forth; and

WHEREAS, said Contract has been duly presented by the

ity Attorney to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,

or its acceptance and approval.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That that certain
