ACCEPTING GRANT L
aEMAS, there has been presented to the City of Lewport
Beach a certain Grant Deed of Easement by George B. Regan and
E. Megan, husband and wife, the same being dated the 22nd
day of September, 19549 and covering the following described
property situated in the City of :iewport Beach, County of Orange,
State of california, to wits
7 A right of way or easement 5:C0 feet in width over
.8 a portion of Lot 1, block 12, Tract Igo. 27 as said Tract is
laid out and shown upon a map recorded in Miscellaneous 14ap Book
9.93 page 26, Records of Orange County, California, for the purpose
of erecting, laying and constructing a pipe line ar pipe lines
10 to convey sewage with the right of going in, over and under the
premises hereinafter described for the purpose of repairing, main -
11 taining and replacing said pipe lines in over and under that
certain real property and being more particularly descriced as
12 follows to wit.
13 Beginning at a ,point in the south-
westerly lot line of Lot l of said Block

20 the citizens of the City of Newport Beach to accept said Easement;

23 scribed property, is accelted and approved by the city of Newport
