On motion of Oounci duly
seconded and carried, the fol Piraolution was adopted:
Resolved: that the City of Nespart Beach be and it is
hereby authorized to onto- into an a&vecman4 with Joseph Rossi
and Adeline Rossi, husband ant w1re, vherela said City
its rights to an easement over LGte 2, 4 and 6 of Bloolc 431,
Corona del Her for sever line purposes and said Joseph Rossi and
43adeline Rossi release# all of their claims for damages against
said City by reason of the Ciitrxction and mainte&Once of a reeve
line across Trots 4 and 106 above mentioned, together with any claim
and claims for damages by reason of excavation of earth and
deposits on said Lots 2, 4 and q' and a ;Further release of any
claims or damages by reason of the change in grade of the alley
adjacent thereto.
The above and foregoing Resolution No. a 3 was duly
and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City
of Nwdport Beach at a�' a;ala:r meetinG theretr held on the 3'"
