A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NL' ,NPORT BEACH DECLAP.ING ITS INTENTION TO ORDER
THE CLOSING UP VACATION AND ABANDONMENT OF A CERTAIN
ALLEY IN THE CfTY OF NE -wPORT LI`,ACtt, COUNTY Or ORANGE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach, pursuant
the provisions of the "Street Vacation :'�.ct of 1941 ", and all
thereto, being Sections 8300 through 8331 of the Streets
Highways Code, does hereby ordain, resolve and declare as

SECTION 1s That the public interest and convenience re.
the closing up and abandonment of a certain alley inthe City
Newport Beach, and it is the intention of the City Council of
City of Newport Beach to order the following described alley
said City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of Californiai

that certain alley being twenty feet in width as

Lot 9 of said Tract No. 1133; thence south-

of the northeasterly line of said Lot 9 to the
