1iHEREAS, there has been presented to the City of Newport

each a certain Grant Deed by Mildred H. Vogel, the same being
ated September 23, 1954, and covering the following described

Beginning at the most northerly corner of
Tract No. 1136 as said tract is laid out and

shorn upon a map recorded in Book 37, Pages 18
and 19, of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange

County, California, said point also being the
most westerly corner of that parcel of land deeded

to Mildred H. Vogel by deed dated August 12, 1947,
and recorded in Book 1526.on Page 515 of Deeds,

Official Records of said.Orange County, California;
said point also being in the Southeasterly line of

lestminster Avenue as shown upon a map of Tract No.
27 as said tract is laid out and shown upon a map

recorded in Book 91 Page 26, of Miscellaneous Maps,

Records of Orange County, California; thence south-

easterly along the northeasterly line of said Tract
No. 1136, a distance of 256.68 feet to the most

southerly corner of said parcel of land deeded to
Mildred H. Vogel; thence northeasterly at right

angles thereto, a distance of 2C feet to an inter-
section with a line lying northeasterly of and

parallel to and distant 2C, Peet from the south-
westerly line of said parcel of land deeded to
19
Mildred H. Vogel; thence, continuing northwesterly
along said parallel line to an intersection :<ith the

northwesterly line of said parcel of land deeded to
Mildred H. Vogel, said point also being in the south -

easterly line of the aforementioned Westminster
avenue; thence, southwesterly along said southeasterly

line of Westminster avenue to the point of beginning.

ing to the records of the City of Newport Beach filed and

4281 was duly and regularly adopted, passed, and
approved by the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City
Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
