AUT'HORIIIEG E=UTION OF INDIZINITY AGREEMENT

2 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City of Newport
3 leach this 27th day of December, 1954, a certain Indemnity Agree -
4 ent by and between Sam R. Raymond and the City of Newport Beach,
5 Wherein said Sam H. Raymond does agree and promise to hold the
6 City of Newport Beach harmless of and from all loss or expense
7 of every kind or nature whatsoever which may arise out of or
8 result from the taking of a portion of Lot 3, Block C, Seashore

mood that said Indemnity Agreement be executed.
NUU, THERE'F'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City
rk of the City of Newport Beach be and they, are hereby directed
trusted and authorized to execute said Indemnity Agreement in
the name of and on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
The above and foregoing Resolution No. 4291, was duly and
regularly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the 27th day of
December, 1954, by the following roll call vote, to wit:
