AUTHORIZING ""F, MCUTION OF & C LTRACT

the tAty of Newport beach a certain .,greeme-nt between the City of
Beach and the Coastal Municipal Dater District, a State
corporation; and
'WHE LAS, the City Council of the City of :eupor-t Beach has
heretofore consi4ered the terms and conditions of said Agreement
that said terms and conditions are reasonable;
