ACCFJ-'TING GRANT DEED

WHEREAS, there has been.presented to the City of Newport
2 Beach a certain Grant Deed by the Southern Counties Gas Company
3 of California, the same being dated January 27, 1955, and covering
4 the following described property situated in the City of Newport
. Beach, County of Orange, State of California, to wit:
Lots 11, 12,.13,.:14, 15 and 16, in Block 117
6 of "Section B, Newport Beach ", in the City of
7 Newport Beach as shown on a Map recorded in Book
4, Page 27 of Miscellaneous Vaps in the office of
8 the County Recorder of said Orange County.
9 AND, WHEREAS, it appears to be for the best interests of the
10 citizens of the Uity of Newport Beach to accept said Grant Deed;
11 NOW, THEELFORE, BE Ifi RESOLUD, that the said Grant Deed
. 121 hereinbefore referred to and covering the said hereinabove de-
13 scribed property, is accepted and approved by the City of Newport
14 Beach and is hereby ordered recorded.
15 The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
181passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Eewport Beach
17 at a regular meeting thereof held on the day of
18 19559 by the following roll call vote, to wit:
