WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City of Newport
a deed from the LI:GU A i3UCH COUNTY e;I�TI�h DISTRICTt a body
itic, and THis IRVIN'U' COkiFANY, a West Virginia corporation, the
being dated March 3rd, 1953, and covering the following des-
coed pipe line, together with a perpetual easement for the repairs
maintenance, operation thereof and use thereof as
provided, to -wits
A portion of that certain pipeline described in deed
from The Irvine Company to Laguna Beach County Mater
District, recorded November 30s 1928 in Book 221 at
page 769 Official records of Orange bounty, California,
described as follows:
beginning at the intersection of the northerly line
of 16th Street in Costa Mesa with the center line of
said pipe line said. intersection being at approximate
Fngineer's Station 184 - 80 of said pipe line, as shown
on Sheet 8 of the Plans for said pipe line dated April
1926; thence South 00 31' East 119 feet parallel to and
18 feet East of the.center line of Pomona Street, to
15th Street; thence South 500 12' 35" East, 962.21 feet
parallel to and 23 feet Northeasterly of center line of
15th Street; th nce South 270 42' 5" East 33.97 feet{
thence South 50P 12' 35" Last, 425.31 feet parallel to
and 10 feet Northeasterly of the center line of 15th
Street to a point 10 feet Northeasterly of the intersec-
tion of 15th Street and Irvine Avenue, as platted in
Newport Heights; thence South 500 12' 35" East 2147.75
