WHMMS, there has bee, presented to the City Council
of the City of t7lowport Beach a certain lease between the Lido
Isle Community Association a_nd the City of Newport Beach, and
kMEREAS, the City Council of Neugort Beach has hereto-
fore considered the terms and conditions of oald Lease and that
said terms and conditions are reasonable and are for the benefit
of the citizens of the City of Dtewport Beach.

City Clerk be, and they are here ry authoriaed and directed to
execute said Lease in the nam of and for and on behalf of the
City of Newport Beach.
