RESOLUTION NO. &-12 /
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
previously approved the form lease for the leasing of spaces
5 on the city owned "Newport Bay Mobilhomes "; and
6 WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of authorizing
7 the City Manager or a city employee designated by the City Manager
8 to execute said leases on behalf of the City of Newport Beach;
9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
10 the City of Newport Beach that the City Manager or a city employee
11 designated by said City Manager, be and they are hereby authorized
12 to execute said leases on behalf of the City of Newport Beach,
13 as lessor of the city -owned "Newport Bay :�Ibbltiar80aepp,
14 The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
15jregularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
16 Newport Beach, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 9th day
17t of January, 1956.
