RESOLUTION NO. 4433
ABSOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH'•.
APPROVING AMENDMENT NUMBER 3 TO THE AGREEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE
OF
STATE HIGHWAY IN THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
WHaEASI the State of California, through its Depart-',.,
ment of Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented
Amendment Number 3 to the Agreement for Maintenance of the
State Highway in the City of Newport Beach dated,,November 14,
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read ,said
Amendment Number 3 in full and is familiar with the contents
thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach that said Amendment Number.3 is hereby
approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk are directed to sign
the same on behalf of said City.
ADOPTED this 23d day of January, 1956, by the fol-
lowing roll call vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Bennett, Wilder.
MacKay, Stoddard. Hiabie, Hill
