RESOLUTION NO. 4434
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach a certain agreement with respect to
the community recreation program between the city of Newport Beach
and the Newport Beach School District; and
WHEREAS) it appears to be for the best interests of
the citizens of the City of Newport Beach that said agreement be
entered into;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Ahe
City Clerk bey and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said Agreement on behalf of the City.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 23d day
of January, 1956, by the following vote, to wit:
