WHMMAS, pursuant to Notice Inviting Bids for the con-
of improvements to the city's municipal trailer park,
6 heretofore duly given, sealed proposals and bids thereof were
8 my received and, at the time and place set for such purpose,
7 duly openOd, and it appearing that the lowest and regular and
8
responsible bidder is The Griffith Company, a corporation; and
9 WISREASO there has been duly presented to the City
10 Council of the City of Newport Beach, a certain agreement gated
11 the 20th day of Pebruary, 1956, by and between The Griffith Company
12 nd the City of Newport Beach providing for the construction of
13 said improvements;
14 NOWs 4KUeUWORB, EB IT HEWLVEa that said bid of said
16 Griffith Company for said construction of said improvements for
18 the sum of $72,154.44 be accepted and the same is hereby awarded
17 to The Griffith Company; and
18 BE IT FURTHER RESOLV3Is that the VAWor and City Clerk be
19 d they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Agree -
20 ment in the new of and for and on behalf of the City of Newport
21 Bmch# and that the City Clerk furnish a duly executed copy there -
22 Of to said Griffith Company.
63 The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
24 passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Newport
26 Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 20th day of
29 February., 1956, by the following vote, to wits
