RESOLUTION NO. �c y 57
WHEREAS, Chapter II of Article II of the Municipal
Code of the City of Newport Beach provides that the City, Council
may by resolution change or modify classes of position in the
Classification Plan for positions in the city service; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of eliminating
Class Grade Number 30 from the Salary Schedule of positions in
the City Service;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coueoil of
the City of Newport Beach that Class Grade Number 30. is hereby
eliminated and deleted from the Salary Schedule of positions
I the city service.
The above and foregoing resolution no. .yy�was
duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on
the 27th day of February, 1956, by the following roll call
vote, to wit:
