specifications heretofore adopted, bids thereon were received on

contract for the construction work be awarded to Croft & Noville,

of Newport Beach, and that the City Clark be directed to furnish
an executed can to the successful bidder.
This resolution was adopted at a regular meting of the
Council of the City of Newport Beach on the 13th day of January,
