2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF T9E CITY OF
NEWPORT DFACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
3 AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE BRADLEY COMPANY AND THE
CITY OF 9TWPORT BEACH FOR THE CONSTRUCT.TON OF
4 IMPROVEINTMNTS IN TRACT NO. 1893

6 WHERBAS, there has been presented to the City Council of the City
I
7 of Newport Beach an agreement wherein The Bradley Company, subdivider of
8 Tract No. 1893, guarantees to the City of Newport Beach that he will con -
9 struct street and other public improvements in said subdivision, to wits
10 grading, street lighting system, installation of streets, *=be, gutters,
11 sidewalks, water mains, sewer mains, storm drains, street trees, and any
12 other improvements shown on the improvement plans for said subdivision
13 heretofore approved by the City Engineer; and
14 WHERMAB, said agreement provides that The Bradley Company shall file
15 with the City of Newport Beach a bond to assure faithful performance of
16 said agreement; and
17 WHEREAS, the said Bradley Company has submitted to the City a bond
18 in the amount of X61,000.00 for the purpose of guaranteeing the constrao-
19 tion of the Improvements and reimbursement to the City of inspection
20 charges;
21 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said agreement between The
22 Bradley Company and the City of Newport Beach in which The Bradley Company
23 agrees to construct the improvements in Tract No. 1893, be approved and
24 the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorliwjd and directed to execute the
25 same on behalf of the City of Newport 113eaph.
26 This Resolution was adopted by the City Council of the City of Newport
an adjourned

28 by the following vote, to wit:
