2 A RESOLUTION OP THE CITY COUNCIL Off' THE CITY OF
MPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE M(ECUTION Op A
3 LEASE WITH THE NVPOPT BEACH SCHOOL DISTRICT

5 SEAS, there has bean presented to the City Council of
6 ; the City of Newport leach a proposed form of Lease by and between
7 , the NVWport Beach School District of orange County, California, as
8 ledeor, and the City of Newport Beach, a municipal corporation, as
9i lessee, min the Newport Beach School District losses to the
10 i City of Newport Beach a certain custodian cottage owned by the
11 I lessor for use as €a library; and
12 WHRREAS4, it appears to be for the best interests of the
13 City of Meewport Beech that the said Lease be executedj
14 K(Us THE1iE} ME, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the
15 City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
16 execute said Lease for and in behalf of the said City of Newport
17 }each, and to deliver a copy thereof, duly executed, to the said
18 Newport Beach School District.
19 This Resolution was adopted by the City Co mail of the
20 City of Newport Beach at an adjourned regular meeting on the 6th
21
day of May, 1958, by the following vote, to wits
