RESOLUTION NO. I
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A QUITCLAIM DEED AND
CONSENTING TO ITS RECORDATION
WHEREAS, an action is pending in the Superior Court of
the State of California in and for the County of Orange, being
case No. 69,067 entitled "City of Newport Beach v. Batcheller,
et al ", in which the City seeks to quiet title to Lots 7 and 8
in Block 51 of River Section of the City and a portion of Section
29 in said area lying between said Lots 7 and 8 and the "South
Line" of "Newport Bay" established by final decree in Superior
Court action No. 23.686; and
WHEREAS, AMC Mo '
hafS delivered to the City a Quitclaim Deed
releasing interest in said land to the City of Newport Beach;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Quitclaim Deed
from x M, W,4,4
to the City of Newport Beach dated g, €90 19W , be accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Newport Beach
hereby consents to its recordation.
This Resolution was adopted by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting on the 26th day of
May, 1958, by the following vote, to wit:
