WHEREAS, Section IV, D, 1 o of resolution No. 482%
adopted pursuant to Section 22010 of the Newport Beath @Anioipal
Code, authorises the City Council, on recommendation of the City
6Una9er, to list by resolution department heed and other keg
personnel positions which shall be excluded from certain provisi
of the City's Compensation. Plant

No. 4731, lists such positional and

and the City Council has concurred With his rat esmasndationl
NOA1, THEREpORE, BE IT RESOLVED that effective July 1,
m8, said Resolutions No. 4689 and No. 4731 are rescinded.
BE IT FURMR RESOLVED that, p€artstxant to Section IV, D,
i ea of Resolution No. 4828, the positions in the following list ar
hereby designated as department head and other key personnel posi-
tions which shalls. In accordance with Resolution too. 4828, be
