R SCLMON NO. 4644
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Nswport Beach has
been saddened to learn of the death of W. Heins Kaiser; and
WHWAS, Mr. Heins Kaiser served the Harbor Area from
January 1, 1951g, until his death an July 8, 19580 as a member of
the Board of Supervisors of Orange County; and
WHEUMp he was one of the founders of the Harbor Area
Boys' Club and wonted unselfishly for the good of the youth in
this area; and
WHMBAS, he devoted time and effort to the beneficial
development of our Newport Harbor;
HAW, THUWOHB. BE IT W(LVRD, that the members of
the City Council of the City of Newport Beach for and an behalf
of its aitieens and themselves do hereby pay tribute to the
memory of We Heins Kaiser and esprrsss appreciation for his
unselfish and valued service to the City of Newport Beach and
County of Orange; and direct that a copy of this resolution be
delivered to Mrs. Hein Kaiser.

regularly passed and adopted at the meeting of the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach hold on the 14th den of July, 19580

of the City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution No. 4844 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said
City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the
